The Next 30 Years

Being Ageless

I am not trying to turn back the clock. I am building the strength, health and life I want for the years ahead.

Why This Exists

There came a point when I realised my weight had been slowly creeping up, then down, then up again. I knew I wanted something to change, but this time I wanted it to be about more than a number on the scales.

From Day 1, I started posting my progress in our family chat. It gave me accountability, but it became something more than that. My family was invested in my health and wellbeing, and we began encouraging each other through our own health journeys.

Somewhere along the way, I realised what I really wanted was to be strong, healthy and present for the people I love — and to make my world bigger, not smaller.
